I'm Ashley Gallon — owner, lead designer, and floral stylist behind Curated Experiences by Ashley Gallon.

Based in Nacogdoches, Texas, I built this studio on a simple belief: your celebration deserves more than decoration. It deserves design — intentional, architectural, and made to be remembered.

I didn't start here. My path to event design wasn't a straight line. By day, I'm a full-time Community Supervision Officer — a career rooted in structure, accountability, and attention to detail. The same skills that make me effective in that world make me a better designer. I don't miss things. I don't cut corners. And I don't show up unprepared.

Event design is where my discipline meets my creativity. Every celebration I touch is approached like a project that has to be executed flawlessly — because it does. You don't get a redo on a wedding day.

My Approach

My approach is design-led, not decorator-led. That means I'm not just filling a room with pretty things. I'm building an environment — considering how your guests will move through the space, where their eyes will land, how the light hits the florals at golden hour, and how installations transform a room into an experience.

The difference between a decorated event and a designed event is intention. Everything you see in my work is there because a decision was made. Nothing is accidental.

Design Philosophy

Design-Led, Not Decorator-Led

Every element begins with a design concept — not a Pinterest board. Color stories, spatial flow, and visual hierarchy come first. Decor follows design, never the other way around.

Refined Details

The difference between nice and unforgettable lives in the details. The texture of a linen. The placement of a single bloom. The way candlelight hits a curated tablescape. I obsess over the things most people won't notice — until they feel the overall effect.

Thoughtful Guest Experience

A beautiful room that feels cold is a failed design. I design for the people in the space — how they enter, where they pause, what they photograph, and how they feel from arrival to the last toast.

Professional Execution

Creative vision means nothing without operational discipline. Timelines, vendor coordination, load-in schedules, and installation logistics are handled with the same intentionality as the design itself.

I don't do "fine." I don't do "good enough." Every environment I create is designed to feel premium — because your celebration deserves to look like the investment it is.

Who I Design For

I design for people who care. The bride planning her wedding who's been saving screenshots for two years. The corporate planner whose boss notices everything. The mother planning her daughter's quinceañera and wants it to feel like a magazine spread — not a banquet hall rental.
