Let's Design Something Worth Remembering

Your event starts with a conversation — not a questionnaire.

Whether you're planning a wedding design, quinceañera styling, corporate event design, or luxury celebration, the first step is a complimentary Discovery Call. No pressure, no scripts — just a real conversation about what you're envisioning and whether we're the right fit to bring it to life.

Start With a Discovery Call

The Discovery Call is exactly what it sounds like — we discover, together.

You tell me about your event. I ask questions. You ask questions. We talk through timing, vision, and what you're hoping the experience feels like for your guests. If we're a fit, I walk you through what working together looks like. If we're not, I tell you that too — honestly and with zero hard feelings.

Every event I design starts here. Not because I need to sell you on anything, but because good design begins with understanding the person sitting across from me. I can't design for you if I don't know you.

Schedule your Discovery Call here — choose a time that works, answer a few quick questions about your event, and I'll personally review your request before confirming.

Not Ready to Schedule?

That's fine. Maybe you're early in planning. Maybe you're not sure what you need yet. Maybe you just have a question.

What Happens After You Book

Here's the process — no mystery, no surprises:

  • You schedule your call. Pick a time, answer a few questions about your event (date, type, what you're envisioning). Takes about two minutes.

  • I review your request personally. I look at every booking request myself. If your date is available and your event feels like a fit for my design approach, I confirm the call.

  • We talk. The Discovery Call is typically 15 minutes. We discuss your vision, your event details, what you want the experience to feel like, and what service makes the most sense for your celebration.

  • I follow up. After our call, I send a personalized summary with next steps, recommendations, and — if we're moving forward — everything you need to begin the design process.

Whether you're planning a full wedding design, floral styling, elevated installations, or something in between — the process starts the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Discovery Call really free?

Yes. Completely. No obligation, no pressure. The call is a conversation — we're figuring out together whether we're the right fit. If we are, great. If not, I'll point you toward someone who might be. Either way, you leave the call with clarity.

How long is the call?

Typically 15 minutes. Long enough to understand your vision, short enough to respect your schedule. If we need more time, we can always schedule a follow-up.

What should I have ready before the call?

Your event date (or approximate date), the type of event you're planning, and a general sense of what you're envisioning. That's it. You don't need a Pinterest board, a color palette, or a mood board — that's my job. Just bring yourself and your vision.

Do you travel outside East Texas?

I'm based in Nacogdoches and primarily serve Nacogdoches, Tyler, Longview, Lufkin, Marshall, Jacksonville, Diboll, and surrounding East Texas communities. Select travel throughout Texas and Louisiana may be available depending on event scope and location — let's talk about it on the call.

What if I'm not sure what service I need?

That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. Many clients aren't sure whether they need full wedding design, floral styling only, corporate event design, or something custom. I'll help you figure out what makes sense for your event — not sell you on the biggest package.

How far in advance should I reach out?

The earlier, the better — especially for peak season (spring and fall). Ideally 6–12 months before your event date, but if your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway. I'll be honest about what's possible.
